MEET THE FOUNDER

Behind Beloved Beauty and BB Supplies is a woman who believes the gifts we are given are meant to be shared. My name is Francis, founder of Beloved Beauty and BB Supplies. My journey began in 2015, when my father encouraged me to believe in myself, pursue my vision, and build something of my own. What started as a dream grew into a business and a purpose greater than I could have imagined. Over the years, I have grown from a passionate lash artist into a business owner, entrepreneur, and mentor with a vision beyond my own chair.

As a woman of faith, I believe every talent, opportunity, and blessing comes from God. That belief is at the heart of everything I do. Beauty has always meant more to me than a service. It is an opportunity to serve others, build confidence, create connections, and help women feel seen. I believe our gifts are given for a reason, and I want my work to reflect that.

Building a business has required faith, sacrifice, discipline, and a willingness to keep going even when the vision felt bigger than the circumstances. From growing Beloved Beauty to expanding into multiple locations, I have learned that entrepreneurship is about more than having a dream. It is about showing up, putting in the work, learning through every season, and trusting God with the process. I am proud of what I have built and grateful for the lessons and purpose behind it.

BB Supplies is the next chapter of that vision.

After years of keeping so much of my knowledge within my own business, I am stepping into a new season of sharing what I have learned and creating products that help fellow lash artists feel equipped, inspired, and confident in their craft. BB Supplies was created with the working lash artist in mind: the woman building her clientele, investing in her future, balancing responsibilities, and working tirelessly toward her dreams. I understand that journey because I have lived it. My goal is to offer products that reflect the standards I have developed throughout my career while reminding artists that there is room for all of us to grow, succeed, and make an impact.

I am not just building a product line; I am building on a foundation established through years of faith, hard work, and perseverance. My hope is that BB Supplies reminds every artist who uses our products that their work matters, their gifts have purpose, and the effort they pour into their dreams is worth it. At the end of the day, my goal has never been simply to build a successful business. It is to build something meaningful, create opportunities for others, and honor God through the work of my hands.
